General Usage Information

Recommended Daily Servings Size.

For general immune system nutritional support: 160 mg. per day. (160 mg. is approximately 1/20 of a teaspoon. Think of 1/4 teaspoon as being 5 servings, enough for five days.)

For specific issue nutritional support, some people choose to increase their daily intake to several times that amount. Studies have indicated that 'mega-dosing' does not provide any significant additional benefits other than possibly enhancing their peace of mind.

With regard to any potential dangers of high intake, keep in mind that this is not a drug, it is simply a concentrated super-food for providing nutritional support. No toxic level has been nor is expected to ever be observed for BiAloe®

How it compares to Carrington's Manapol.

Depending upon the specific attributes that are being compared, BiAloe® is between four and ten times as effective as Carrington's Manapol was. Many people were taking 320 mg. (blended in rice flour or other fillers) once or twice a day. One 160 mg. measure of pure BiAloe® powder per day equals or exceeds those portions in effectiveness.
